- The Contest Organizers, their parent, associated and affiliated companies, their advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents and representatives are released from any responsibility related to the malfunction of any data processing component, of all software or of all lines of communication relating to the loss or absence of communication and which may limit or prevent any person from participating in the Contest. The Contest Organizers, their parent, associated and affiliated companies, their advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents and representatives are also released from any responsibility for any damage or any loss that may have been caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any Internet page or any software related to entering the Contest.

- For residents of Quebec, any dispute with respect to organizing or conducting an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for scrutiny. A dispute with respect to the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the sole purpose of intervention in order to achieve resolution.
